"Fermented foods" are a part of Japan's world-class food culture and are popular among health-conscious people and those interested in beauty. This health and fermentation-themed breakfast features grilled fish and two small side dishes. Enjoy the daily grilled fish with different flavors such as kasuzuke (fish marinated in sake lees), saikyo zuke (fish marinated in saikyo sauce), and shoyu moromi (fish marinated in soy sauce and moromi).

About guest rooms

  • Can children sleep with parents?

    We do not allow children of junior high school age or older (12 years old or older) to sleep without their own bed with their parents. If a child under 12 years old sleeps with parents, the number of children per room is limited to one child per room.

  • Please let me know the check-in and check-out times. Also, can I leave my luggage before check-in?

    Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We welcome you to leave your luggage even before check-in.

  • Are there any non-smoking floors?

    Non-smoking and smoking are available on completely separate floors. All rooms are eq:uipped with humidified air purifiers and deodorizers for your comfort.

  • Can I use the Internet in the rooms?

    We provide free Internet access in all rooms via wi-fi or wired LAN connection. Please use a computer with a LAN connection.

  • Can I watch Netflix and other online streaming videos on the TV in the room?

    We are sorry, but we do not have a function to watch Netflix or other online video streaming services on our TVs.
    The TVs are equipped with an HDMI port, so customers can watch them if they bring their own necessary equipment.

  • Is the bathroom a unit bath?

    Bathrooms are separate with a washing area, so you can relax in the bathtub (however, only the universal rooms have a unit bath).
    The shower space has two types of showers (a regular hand-held shower and a rain shower with a large diameter and comfortable water flow), so you can fully relax and relieve your fatigue.

  • Can I use an outside phone from my room?

    We do not have an outside line. You can only call the front desk.
    Also, it is not possible to connect an outside line to your room.

  • Is there a time limit for curfew?

    No, there is not.

  • Is it possible to use food delivery service?

    Food delivery is available only if you pick up your food at the lobby on the 1st floor.
    For security reasons, we do not allow delivery to rooms.

  • Please tell me about cleaning.

    If you wish to have your room cleaned, please press the "Make up Room" button on the control panel next to your bed from 10:00 to 15:00.
    If the "Don't Disturb" button is pressed, we will not be able to clean your room.

    There are 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores in the immediate neighborhood of the hotel.

    Standard service is available by dropping off your laundry at the front counter by 10:00 a.m., which will be finished by 6:00 p.m. on the same day. We will hand them back at the front counter. (except for Sundays and holidays).
    We also offer a night service: drop off your laundry by 24:00 midnight, and we will finish them by 6:00 a.m. on the next morning.

    In accordance with the Japanese law (Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law), we do not provide any medicine to our customers.
    Please prepare medicines in advance or purchase them at a pharmacy.
